Feel the beat, breathe the rhythm. Know within that all is forgiven. Release the tension, dance and sing, fill the air with dynamic flare. Bathe in the energy of tone and tempo, as vibes of joy begin to flow. Transport your mind along the wave as it washes through you with every bass. Draw upon the spirit of the drum, and soon you will be joined by the ancient ones. 💖
This is the big question…
Who are you when you are not being who others expect you to be?
Who do you become when others see that you are human, with all your failings and achievements?
Who do you become when you look in the mirror?
Who are you being when you interact with a stranger for the first time?
Who is the one being when you be?
Do you feel safe to simply be? To show YOU in all your colours?
Do you fear that others will judge or walk away if you truly step into being all of you, all of the time, 7 days a week?
Are those same people truly being all they can be?
Too often we change or adapt our true selves to fit in the boxes society puts us in, stamped and labelled for the world to see.
I say to you, step out of the box, wear it as a hat if you must till you feel comfortable being fully exposed and naked, but remove the label and replace it with, this is ME!
Then throw that box in the recycle bin and step into a new confidant you, the you you were always meant to be.
Shine your light so brightly that those pretending to be, have to close the lid on their boxes and those that are removing theirs can see they are not alone.
To be yourself in a world filled with pain is the bravest thing you can be.
Love you, all of you. No excuses, no blame, no regret, no shame.
Do not worry about those who fall away, one day they too shall remove their boxes of shame and find themselves once again.
Be the change by BEING your authentic self and loving every aspect of your magnificent, flawed, vibrant, unique self.
The world needs more honest communication and that starts with the conversation with self.
Throughout our lives we have many ‘Hero’s’ people we look up to, aspire to be like, proud of etc etc…I have been blessed by so many amazing souls in my life I am truly grateful for each and every one, even the ones who are no longer with us on earth plane or no longer in our circles, are still held in my heart with love and gratitude.
Loui is my Hero, he is the strongest being that I know and has taught me so much over the years, this last year being the most profound. He deserves all the love and support I can give him for the time he has left with me, he is my soul mate.
May you always blessed with Hero’s to remind you of the Hero within yourself.
World Peace and Prayer Day / Honouring Sacred Sites Day “All Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer” Following the birth of a White Buffalo Calf in 1994, the 19th Generation Keeper of the White Buffalo Calf Pipe of the Lakota, Dakota & Nakota Nations— Chief Arvol Looking Horse, was directed to honour the Four Directions with ceremony on Summer Solstice/June 21st. According to Lakota prophecy, the birth of “Miracle,” a female white buffalo, signalled a time of Earth changes and the coming of The Mending of the Hoop of all Nations. The Summer Solstice is said to be a powerful time to pray for peace and harmony among all Living Beings. Chief Looking Horse believes that this day of collective prayer will create an energy shift to heal the earth and achieve a universal consciousness toward obtaining peace. He believes that it is time all people understand Mother Earth is the Source of life, not a resource. Think I may have posted the ‘I wish you enough’ story before but I always find it really feels right at the New Year, to use this Blessing.
To all my followers, friends and family, thank you for your support, healing prayers, guidance, friendship and love over the years. I look forward to sharing many more with you all.
I wish for you ENOUGH in 2017!!
I WISH YOU ENOUGH.
Recently, I overheard a mother and daughter in their last moments together at the airport as the daughter’s departure had been announced. Standing near the security gate, they hugged and the mother said:
“I love you and I wish you enough.”
The daughter replied, “Mom, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Mom.” They kissed and the daughter left.
The mother walked over to the window where I sat. Standing there, I could see she wanted and needed to cry.
I tried not to intrude on her privacy but she welcomed me in by asking, “Did you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?” “Yes, I have,” I replied. “Forgive me for asking but why is this a forever good-bye?”
“I am old and she lives so far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is the next trip back will be for my funeral,” she said.
When you were saying good-bye, I heard you say, “I wish you enough.” May I ask what that means?”
She began to smile. “That’s a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone.” She paused a moment and looked up as if trying to remember it in detail and she smiled even more.
“When we said ‘I wish you enough’ we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good things to sustain them”. Then turning toward me, she shared the following, reciting it from memory,
“I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye.”
She then began to cry and walked away.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person. An hour to appreciate them. A day to love them. And an entire life to forget them.

Gratitude is the greatest gift you can give yourself this season.

Giant Hog Weed growing from the bank by the Canal. These are very poisonous, so if you see one DO NOT touch it. They grow over 6ft tall and tower over their 4-5 ft relatives.
Watching these plants made me see the beauty inside even the most feared, that they hold lightness, and it reaffirmed to me that ALL life is Sacred!
They made me smile and feel joyous inside as they waved their arm in the air, ‘like they just don’t care’. Dancing and rejoicing this thing called life, their fall from grace as winter strips them of their bounty, yet still rejoicing as they dance with their relatives in the waters of life.
Arms stretched high, caressing the wind as she carries their song to up to creator. While they bounce along to the rhythm of their beat, connected to our mother and to father sun.
What a beautiful sight it was to see, we stood and watched for a good while before heading on our way, with a little song in my heart and a new beat in my feet.
My dear friend Sue wrote this today and its as if she wrote what is in my heart, wish I could express myself so well. So, I had to share it here with you all as i know it will resonate with some here also. ❤

I live in my own world. I’m not delusional, I’m not an escapist, I’m a radical realist. I have chosen to reject society at large because it doesn’t resonate with my values. I am a sovereign being and I claim my right to live in a world of my own creation. I am happy to share my world with others or live in a world with a population of one. I am government, police, church and healer in my self governed principality. I respect all other worlds and I visit the ones that are beautiful, kind and just. I do not seek to change the world of others. I don’t need a passport and don’t demand one from others who want to visit me in the sacred here and now of my kingdom.
I recognise the interconnected nature of our worlds within worlds here on Mother Earth. But what I do not recognise and completely reject is the man made idea that there needs to be an authority that governs all our 7 billion worlds. I do not accept any authority that seeks to impose its values and laws upon me. I AM a sacred co-creator, I AM a child of the Universe. I AM an aspect of Source.
