I once had a family,
I once had standing,
I once had a mother,
I once had a community,
I once had a career,
I once had a dream,
I once had financial security,
I once had ambition,
I once believed in humanity.

What I see now is, mistrust, multiple stab wounds in my back, betrayal, dishonesty, fake community, poverty, lies, false idols and misguided loyalties.

Yet I still hold the faith, Shine my light and live in hope that my kind heart and drive to help others, the Animal Kingdom and humanity, will one day be rewarded and my plight to remain pure in an insane world will not have been in vain.

May all beings return to wholeness, to heal from their wounds and stand in the grace once again.

Our zest for life...

When we are born with every day we step one day closer to our death. As children we have no concept of death, only life. Each day something new to learn and explore, a new bug in the grass, a new friend made, a new experience. Life is full of firsts.

We feel safe and loved within our family’s bosom (for most) and we are held in that cocoon till our teenage years when hormones and rebellion kicks in as we strive to forge our own path and define our own personalities.

The love bubble of we can no do wrong bursts, as we no longer the apple of our families eyes, turns into the shame stain upon the family name. We, arrogant and stubborn, determined to sail our own ships shove the pain of rejection into the gallows and sail off for adventures new. The first real understanding of death and rebirth.

We set out on our careers, or at least search for one, some driven by money, others by purpose. Here we encounter many trials from asshole boss to peer pressure and self defamation. Thoughts of survival begin to creep in here.

Soon there is a spouse, a child, a home, extended family and stress. The burden of sustainability, responsibility and good health plays on our minds daily. We join a gym, eat healthier, create fun times and try stave the worries from our minds.

Each day a reminder that we are one step closer to the grave but now we have our own family to consider and the loss we leave behind. Death/life intertwined like a tango in our minds.

Our children leave, their own ships to sail. Now we are alone and chase our own dreams that were put to the side long ago. And those heavy bags we left in the gallows surface for us to deal with.

Some days we long for death to take away the pain, others we embrace life with both hands and thank the Goddess we are alive.

Illness sets in, something small at first we brush aside, denying that our days are numbered and that rebel inside says, ‘not yet there’s too much to do and see‘, and captain invincible carrys on as usual, ignoring the signs. Denial sets in.

Our older years sees our friends and family drop like flies, death is now real and we are on the wrong side, life is fading, how long will we last?

We reflect on our lives. The pain, the laughter, the love, the moments. No matter how painful the memories we cling to life, with all its hardships, sadness and loss. We treasure the joys, the simple things, the soul bonds of love, the sunsets the flowers, the pets we loved and lost, the friendships, the kindness, the sea, the mountains, the trees, nature our planet.

Even with a life threatening diagnosis, terminal, means fight harder for this sacred gift of life. How much did we squander dueling with the past?

The questions we ask ~ Why are we born to be taken so fast?, why can’t this life simply last? and When we take that final breath, is it really the end?

Deplete and Delete

My heart is breaking, it’s left me deplete,

Deplete of sleep,

of energy,

of Deep…

We can no longer reach,

Deplete of fear,

Deplete of pain,

Devoid of faith or hope ever again.

Humanity is deplete,

Time to hit Delete,

Deplete is our Mother.

of her Creations

that we reap,

Tis time,

Lets start a new elite,

A race of human where all are rich,

Rich in love

and Belief.

Pets and Loved Ones Past…

This morning while walking Loui, I stopped to take pictures of the autumnal colours on the trees. When I looked round, Loui was sat staring at something, (he never sits unless told to when we are out).  Then I noticed my shadow and saw a different photo opportunity.

Walking back reflecting on the picture I had just taken, it made me think about as humans we long for the connection to our loved ones who have crossed over the rainbow bridge and how our pets grieve too at the loss of their pack members, their family.

Of course animals have a direct link to the unseen realms and are far more aware of other forces in nature that us mere humans are, at this point in evolution.

But it did bring a little smile to my face when I realised that if we could capture the conversation or interaction between a pet and its deceased owner, then maybe it would look a little like this 🙂

Turn back Time…

Well what a mixed up weekend of energies it will be, New Moon on Saturday (in today till Sunday) so you might all be feeling that already. (I woke up today crying at a dream about my daughters wedding)
On Sunday the clocks go back an hour.  So on Monday we will wake up to sudden darkness when it would normally be light. (Vit C boosts recommended) I cant get my head around this turning back time malarky, or time in itself, but only man could be so obnoxious to try to control nature and his fellow man.
Luckily for some of us we are still connected to our biological clock, even if by a tiny thread, we still hold onto the ways of nature and live within the cycle as much as we can. Hold onto your thread, pay attention and it will grow stronger.
And, on Monday it is Sahmain, All Hallows Eve, the Day of the Dead, or Halloween, depending on where you are from.
What a Doozy of a time lol
Today would be a great day to take stock of what lies beneath, what fears of the future or maybe of Halloween do you carry? name them, write them out, get them out into the light of day.  Then tomorrow night, burn it under the New Moon, release them to the ancestors and ask for grace.
On Monday, take time to honour the dead, start with your own ancestors then let yourself be Heart led to include them all. ❤

”Darker days are coming, time to retire to the cave, to rest, to read, to contemplate.
In the stillness of the dark, all that is at unrest can be revealed, released and healed.
The Dark night of the Soul shatters all blocks to pieces.
Creating space for dreams and fantasy’s to be re-seeded..
The soul recharged and ready to rise with dawning of the, spring Equinoxal sun.  As you stretch and yawn, a new time again has just begun”

A New Story for Humanity

What if we had the power to change the story, and with this awareness, change the world?

Laughter and the Web

“It is good to laugh,” Chea said.

“The heart needs laughter. Laughter on the web is like wind on the trees. It strengthens and cleans them.  There is s resonance that happens even into other worlds. The fibres brighten.

We have an affect, each one of us. So in everything we do we must at least have laughter. In living it helps you to keep persistent but never obsessive”

The Truth About Cancer

Afternoon all.

If you follow on me on FB you will be aware that  recently I have been pretty wrapped up in watching the online video documentary, ‘The truth about Cancer’.

It was very educational, more so than the one they did a couple of years ago, for me anyway, as it deepened my understanding on the nutrition/herbal side, not only for Cancer.  For me,it pulled the two ends of the circle in Holistic Healing together, Healing Modules and Nutrition.  It makes absolute sense that complete healing can not be achieved by one method or the other alone and must be combined.  I am so grateful that I was guided to do the nutrition course recently, divinely guided, it all fits into place now. 🙂

I took pages of notes during the series and was going to try and correlate it all in to a handy guide for everyone, especially those who missed it as i feel that everyone should be armed with this knowledge. Then as luck would have it, I came across Monique’s blog where she has painstakingly taken the time to do this already!

I share this with you all today with permission and would like to offer my deepest gratitude to Monique for all her hard work in creating this document and all her other great efforts.  Check out her page, linked at the end.

If we all share with one other person at least, then together we may save someone, unnecessary suffering.

The Truth about Cancer

Cancer affects our lives in very profound ways. Even if we don’t have it ourselves, we always know someone, nearby or further away, who is suffering from it. Annually 14 million new cases of cancer are reported, and 8 million people die from cancer every year. Nearly 30.000 people die of cancer every day.

During the last two weeks, I’ve been watching the free on-line video’s: The Truth About Cancer – A Global Quest. In these 9 episodes, 131 experts and cancer survivors are interviewed from 27 different countries. A life changing documentary, thanks to all brave doctors who went against the mainstream. Experts, who have done their own research and treated cancer patients successfully during the last decades, on a holistic and human-friendly approach. I’ve summarised the main topics discussed and kept it as practical as possible.

Doctors, scientist, and cancer survivors all agreed, there is a better way to prevent and fight cancer.

The reason why this information has been kept away from us is because the Pharmaceutical Industry is a Business, making billions of dollars at the expense of sick people. I won’t go into much detail about this, as it is quite unsettling.Pharmacy-finding-cure

Once you know the truth, you will feel liberated and empowered to make your own choices, because, when we know better, we do better! Right? Choosing love above fear, in a quest to finding a natural approach to heal ourselves from cancer or any other disease. Also, a wonderful way to prevent it! Yes, it does need some diligence and perseverance to change our lifestyle, but the effort will be awarded, as the bridge between our goal and the accomplishment. Comparing to the hideous practices of the conventional treatments, it is simple and manageable. Hope instead of fear, thriving instead of suffering, living instead of dying.

Chemotherapy never kills the cancer stem cell, but only the daughter cells. Chemo has proven to make the cancer stem cell immortal and stimulates the cancer stem cell to grow faster and create secondary cancer. Hence, when it returns, it is often in a more aggressive way, only this time the immune system has been too much damaged to fight back, leading to death for many cancer patients. Unfortunately, the human bodies have become a vessel for profit.

Most of the medical doctors would never use conventional treatment for themselves or their loved ones because they know how devastating it is. In the end, we do not die from cancer, but from the conventional treatments. We cannot always blame our doctors for it, as they are taught to treat cancer this way, and if they do not prescribe the conventional treatments, they risk losing their jobs. Unfortunately, consuming healthy food and nutrition to keep the body healthy, is not taught in a traditional medical study. They are taught to write prescriptions, based on fighting the symptoms, rather than finding the cause of cancer.

Cancer can only survive in a toxic acid environment, with a lack of oxygen. This environment generates viruses, bacteria, fungus and parasites, which suppresses the immune system and causes cancer.

Most cancers are caused by:

  • Chronic Inflammation. 70% of the cancer patients suffer from chronic inflammation, caused by a poor diet, stress, oral hygiene, medicine and other toxins.
  • Poor Diets with refined sugar, artificial and processed food, actually death food. Most of the foods in our supermarket are processed these days!
  • Unhealthy Environment Factors, such as stress, radiation, and emotional imbalance.
  • Genetic, which is only 5%. These genetically affected cells can be de-activated by a healthy lifestyle, because your genes respond to your conscious thoughts, emotions, and unconscious beliefs. You are NOT condemned for life, something the conventional industry likes you to believe.
  • Chemo, radiation, and surgery. Chemo and radiation enhance the tumor to grow even faster after treatment. Surgery is sometimes necessary when it suppresses vital organs, but in general, when cutting in a tumor, it spreads itself more quickly.
  • Removing the Lymph nodes. Lymph nodes are the filters of our body, if you take them away, cancer and toxins will go directly into our body. Breast cancer may be caused by suppressed nodes caused by wearing tight bra’s and by the toxicity of deodorant.
  • Mammography. When the breast has a tumor, it will be pressed open by the pressure of the scan and spread the cancer even more into your body. So far, they have not been proven to be very effective either. Unfortunately, nearly half of the women diagnosed and treated for breast cancer has been unnecessary.
  • GMO’s. Genetic Manipulated Foods, kills enzymes that are part of the natural detoxification process of the body. GMO’s, also subtract Magnesium from our body, which we need to fight cancer. GMO’s is not feeding the world, as they like us to believe, but killing it. A lot of Gluten and other food allergies today are proof that our bodies can’t process the ‘manipulated’ food anymore.
  • Sun Protectors. Sun protectors are very dangerous. They filter out UVB, which we need to protect ourselves from cancer. It doesn’t block UVA, which is the cause of many skin cancers. Protect your skin with clothes to prevent overexposure to the sun.

The New England Journal of Medicine published an article in 2012, that claims that 26,9% of the people with a positive cancer result, die before or during treatment, from cardiovascular-related issue and suicide.

The fear of death imposed on us by the medical industry is damaging for our health, as it suppresses our immune system, which we need to get our health back. Often Oncologists use fear to manipulate their patients to start treatment immediately. This energy of fear, not only diminishes our immune system, but it also refrains us from taking action to further investigate and learn more about holistic and lasting healing alternatives.  It is important to take your time for such important decision, after all, a cancer cell needs 10 to 12 years to develop itself, which is something you will never hear.

  • BLOCKED EMOTIONS Hidden emotions, like anger, resentment, pain, not feeling worthy or receptive negative thinking. Our different energy bodies are all connected with each other, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We can heal ourselves by healing our emotions!
  • SPINE The alignment of our spine matters, in the fight against cancer. Our nerve system is located in the spine and controls our immune system, comprised of a series of glands and organs. Everything we do influence it, even our thoughts and emotions.
  • VACCINES The ingredients are extremely poisoning and are directly transferred into our blood, effecting the immune system. They are non-effective, cause cancer and many other diseases. It is one of the reasons why the pharmaceutical industry keeps the ingredients secret, next to the fact that they have never been tested properly towards safety and efficiency. Our increased health since WWII is not because of vaccines, but because of our personal developments with better nutrition, good sanitary facilities and an overall better quality of life. Interesting enough, the increased intake of junk food and the consequences of our modern lifestyle’s is decreasing the quality of our lives once again.
  • MOUTH we have 32 spots in our jaw, which are directly connected to our organs, with or without the tooth. Dental affections caused by amalgam fillings and root canals can cause degenerative diseases. Mercury Fillings and Root Canals treatments are toxic by itself, causing chronic inflammations and cancer. Look for an organic dentist to get rid of your toxics. Fluoride does not only cause cancer but also calcifies the pineal gland and reduces consciousness, making it subservient.
  • IODINE DEFICIENCY Iodine stops cancer cells from dividing. Also, ailments like, diabetes, thyroid issues or ovarian problems are caused by a shortage of Iodine. Find proper supplements or eat sea vegetables.

Fruit-smooties1Interesting enough, there are more anti-toxic treatments available than existing cancer types. I’ve listed the ones that spoke to me the most, and the ones I’m familiar with.
All doctors, experts and cured patients agreed, an essential part of healing is: Changing your lifestyle.

  • Detoxing with fresh vegetables and fruits, herbs and vitamins, introduce juicing and blending with all goodies that nature provides us. Consuming Organic food only, which has proven to be beneficial for humanity and the planet. The best medicines you need to heal are growing in your backyard.
  • Vitalise the body, eat real food, avoid all chemicals and processed food. Eat the colours of the rainbow and introduce food as part of a healthy lifestyle. Eating nutritious food is eating an anti-cancer diet.
  • Successful dietary therapies for treating cancer: Budwig, Gerson therapy, Ketogenic diet.
  • Alkaline the body by balancing the pH level; with the intake of nutritious food and drinks, such aApple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice Water and Bicarbonate of Soda. Also reducing stress and practising light exercise on a daily basis to burn your energy.
  • Healing Emotional wounds that block your circulation, by releasing emotional ballast, for instance with EFT.
  • Eliminate sugar, because it poisons the body and feeds cancer cells. Research has shown that sugar also causes cancer. Sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine.
  • Essential Oils, to rebalance the hormones and DNA. Nature created essentials oils in order to balance nature, and we are part of it! Proven to have been very successful are oils from Frankincense and Myrrh.
  • Completing the  3 gifts that Jesus received, I like to add Curcuma as the Gold. Also known as Turmeric, which has proven to be very successful in the treatment for, and prevention of cancer. This specific herb acts on the stem cells and kills cancer from the inside out, and enhances the normal cells. It’s a win/win.
  • Use cancer-fighting spices: Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Cinnamon and Turmeric.
  • Essiac Tea, an Indian medicine and a cancer-fighting wonder.
  • Hemp or Cannabis are a gateway to health. Hemp removes toxins out of the body, which comes from radiation, such as wi-fi. Hemp enriches the soil of the human body ánd of mother earth, making it an ideal rotation crop.
  • Fungi like Reishi mushroom and Cordyceps fungi increase the absorbing of oxygen in the cells by 40% and work anti-inflammatory. It is a traditional herb used in Chinese Medicine and works even stronger in combination with acupuncture.
  • Astragalus. A Super Herb that Prevents Cancer.
  • Clean Vitalised Water. Primary important to heal from cancer and prevent it. Our cells need to stay hydrated. High quality of water creates a better structure of our cells and is easier absorbed by the body.
  • Natural Sunlight. Enjoy the sun and let your skin absorb the vitamin D, which we need to protect ourselves naturally from cancer. We need UVB to absorb vit.D.
  • Sleep approximately 8 hours per night.
  • Meditation, yoga, stretching and light exercise.
  • Enjoy your life, follow your heart and do what you love doing most.

Feeling significantly better on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, more vitality, optimal functioning of the organs and an increased zest for life. ㋡

Through research, Medical Doctors, Scientist, and Natural Healers worldwide have invented new, modern and harmless treatments, with remarkable results without negative side-effects:

  • Sound and Light Therapy. Cancer cells have a lack of light and thrive in the dark.
  • Ultra-Violet Light. Kills the viruses, bacteria, and fungus in the blood.
  • Oxygen Therapy. Cancer does not survive in an oxygen-rich environment.
  • Immune Modulation. Restores the immune system by activating the ‘natural killer profile’. Destroying cancer and other cells that do not belong in the body with a non-toxic vaccine AARSOTA that trace cancer in the body and fights it. Dr. Buttar wrote a bookEmpowered” – The 9 steps to keep the Doctor Away.”
  • Total Body HypothermiaA nontoxic treatment that improves the temperature regulation in the body and activates the innate immunity.
  • Ozon TherapyImmune restoration.
  • Holistic Medicine and SurgerySurgical Services, Mesotherapy and Pain Neutralisation Technique Pnt.
  • MRET Molecular Resonance Effect Technology. Restores the natural, electrical, magnetic field in the body. Protective against negative electricity and radiation.
  • PEMF Pulsating Electro Magnetic Field Therapy. Technic to heal the body on all levels and pulsate electricity which is similar to the earth magnetic field. Perfect for treating brain cancer.
  • Micro Nutrients Protocol. A very advanced and successful treatment used in Europe. Free e-book available: “Victory over Cancer”. Also in Dutch: “De Overwinning op Kanker”.
  • Antineoplastons at the Burzynski Clinic. Amazing results with brain cancer and pancreas cancer. Perhaps the most successful and yet harassed and prosecuted doctor by the pharmaceutical industry in the USA for using treatments which are non-standard.

Please do your own research to find out more about it, always! You can search for a nearby holistic healer, homeopath or naturopath that can help and support you in the process of healing. If you are determined to find one, you will be shown the way.

You can imagine that with this knowledge, one feels differently about charity organisations that ask attention, or rather money, for cancer. Pink Ribbon, for instance, originated for a good cause, is now working in the interest of the pharmaceutical industry. The money collected is mainly used for overhead and perhaps to invent new medicines, instead of finding the real cause of cancer. Cancer charities should not be blindly trusted. Do your research!

If you wish, you can purchase these videos,  with a 68 hours worth of mind-blowing inspiring interviews about the causes of cancer and how to heal it in most natural and beneficial way. You can also follow them on Facebook.

I share this information, with much gratitude and respect for you all, enabling you to make an educated decision. It is not my intention to convince you in any way. It’s your body, and you decide what you do with it. I understand that it may be uncomfortable, but it’s my purpose and goal to share what I know to be true and effective.

Knowledge brings power and replaces fear with love and trust. Cancer is not a dead proclamation and we are not victims, but conquerors by nature, as part of our human existence.

20 Years

Today is the 20th Anniversary of my mothers passing over the rainbow bridge and felt drawn to honour her memory by sharing her story.

Born Annika Gregoriou in 1944 in Cyprus, she grew up in a farming family, with 7 Siblings. All hands were needed, so schooling was a luxury and she only went to school for one year before having to pull her weight at home at the age of 7.

Age 15 her father arranged a marriage for her as part of a buisness deal, they got engaged then on finding out that he was already married, she had her excuse to escape before they married her off. Her younger brother had come to the UK a few months before and arranged for her to join him.

15 yr old when she left Cyprus.

She worked alongside her brother in a friends Cafe and she cleaned at the B+B where they stayed, to earn money to survive and send back to her parents.  That is where she met my father, a Trucker, who was staying at the B+B. They married in 1964.

They were married for 13years, mum loved children and wanted a big family. Sadly she had 8 Miscarriages and ended up with just me. She would never talk about how she nearly lost me age 2 when I drown, I guess the memory was too hard to bare.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Cyprus just before the war in 1974.

Famagusta Cyprus

They split when I was 8yrs old and we moved into a friends place to house sit while she visited her daughter in Australia for a year. I befriended our neighbour Gladys and she took us in like family and we looked after her till the end of her days when I was 13.

Me and mum when I was 7 and 9.

Mum got Alapechia and Anorexia when we left my dad, she was ill for a couple of years but never stopped caring for me and everyone else, through her challenging times.

Her greatest Joy was when my daughter was born, she loved her like her own child.

She had a sense of humour that got her through the dark times.  She always thought of others before herself, I guess it was drilled in from childhood.  Her brothers didnt speak (still not) for many years and her biggest wish was that they resolved their differences.

Even though she was brought up being forced to kill animals, she had a love for them, an empathy, an innate need to nurture. The pics below were taken in my room where I grew up at my grandparents, with the bunny she rescued from her dad and with her Mum.

My mum raised money for heart units at Pinderields hospital, ironically it is where she was died (killed) You can see a a clip from the newspaper framed above her in this pic, from one of the times that she was in there for fundraising for the hospital.

When she came to visit us in Cyprus in 1995 the year before she died, she made us curtains for the flat, she loved to sew and used to make Weding dresses when I was a child.  Growing up I used to promise that one day I would get her her own Sewing shop in Cyprus. That never happened, the year she was moving back to Cyprus is when she died.  Now looking back at the pictures, it is plain to see that she was unwell.

Mum was a special lady, who endured a lot in her short life but held on to the love in her heart with a smile on her face and never lost sight of hope.  She had an equally veracious temper, I bare the scars to prove it. She demanded respect and she got it, she deserved it, that heart on her sleeve meant too many people took advantage and that harsh exterior led people to belive she was tougher than nails, including me in my younger years.

Dead at 51 due to malpractice, her life was just about to start and it was taken from her, from us all, without a second thought or apology.  My biggest heartbreak is that my daughter missed out on her influence, her Love.

She taught me to be who I am and writing this I see the similarities, good and bad.

Life is not gauranteed, tell those you care about that you love them, take that trip, pack in your job and find your vocation, dont wait until tomorrow , till the time is right to do what your heart wants, it may not be given.

There is not a day goes by that I do not miss her, pain heals all wounds they say and it does, the memories, lessons and love however, will always remain. 🙂 ❤

Ramsons Ruminations

The sun is shining today after the rain yesterday, so we went on a hike for wild Garlic and Dandelions.

On the way we met a young boy around 8-9yrs old on a small kids sized Quad bike, with his dad running along behind him.  They said hello as they passed, laughing away with each other.  It made my heart swell, we don’t often see family’s playing together in the woods anymore. Its a lost art of communication, laughter.

Sharing deep belly laughs opens up our souls to be seen with invisible eyes, in those moments we are vulnerable and free.  Being able to open up this way with another is the most bonding experience two or more can share other than sex.

Laughter can leave us open to ridicule and judgement by some, even those laughing with us, But, it also lifts our vibration so much, that those who ridicule will soon be removed from your circle one way or another. To make space for other open souls to come join in this joyous rapture. 🙂

The sun brought hikers, dog walkers, cyclists and horse riders out today. All had a smile on their face, which you can’t help but smile back at. 😁

We found some wild garlic, not quite ready so I only took a few leaves to make pesto with for tea tonight and gathered a bag full of dandelions to share with my Rabbit.

On the way back we passed the boy on the Quad and his dad again. The dad looked exhausted but blissed out.

Which made me recall my experiences with my dad. Learning to ride a bike became a bullying lesson, destroyed my self confidence and riddled me with a fear of falling. Funny how I never connected those two dots till now. I’l tap that out shortly!

I started rock climbing all those years ago, to face a fear of heights, only to discover it was of falling, still have the fear of falling, or do I after this recent revelation? 🙂

Saw my first butterfly of the year and numerous Bees, a good sign of warmer weather to come. 😎

Children are our future, maintain their emotional health well and the rest will fall into place naturally.

On that note, my inner child and I are going to go plant the Beetroot out in the garden, then make pesto.

Happy Holidays everyone.
Enjoy your family. 😍
